GAEL’s New Principals Institute
This is an intensive leadership development program tailored for principals in their first through third years of the principalship. Participants will engage in hands-on learning experiences, networking, and real-world leadership training, covering key areas such as instructional leadership, school culture & change, and school operations & development. By the end of the program, new principals will emerge as confident, well-equipped leaders prepared to lead their schools into high-performing institutions.
